Ivan on Tech Turns Bullish as ADA Recovers
Cardano’s weekly gains coincide with a bullish reading from Ivan on Tech and a separate recovery scenario from Giannis Andreou.
By SongMarketCap
Ivan on Tech described Cardano as bullish for the first time since the fourth quarter of 2025 in an October 5 post. An October 6 CoinGlass snapshot placed ADA at $0.2772, up 1.54% over 24 hours and 10.65% over seven days.
Ivan’s Cardano Chart Displays a Bullish Reading
The accompanying chart showed Cardano at $0.270804 against the US dollar, a bullish trend label, and a weekly candle with six days and one hour remaining. His post did not specify the indicator’s confirmation rules or whether the reading required a weekly close.
Ivan also described the asset as approximately 80% below its previous cycle highs and 91% below its 2021 peak. He argued that a recovery could offer substantial profit potential even without reaching new highs.
Spot Volume and Futures Activity Accompany the Recovery
The same CoinGlass snapshot recorded $208.95 million in spot volume and approximately $1.15 billion in futures turnover over 24 hours. Open interest stood near $696.97 million.
Spot volume measures trading in the underlying asset, while futures turnover covers derivatives trading. Open interest represents the value of derivatives positions that remain open.
Andreou Maps Cardano Resistance and Invalidation
Giannis Andreou outlined a separate recovery scenario on October 5 using a weekly Binance chart. The Crypto Basic reported that analysis the following day.
His setup begins with holding support at $0.23 to $0.27 and reclaiming $0.30 to $0.40. A break above descending resistance followed by a successful retest would strengthen the scenario.
Andreou then identifies $0.80 and $1.30 as intermediate levels.
Clearing both could open a longer-term path toward the previous all-time high near $3.10. The approximately 1,150% upside marked on his chart uses a $0.248 starting price and depends on those intervening breakouts.
He supplied no timetable for the scenario. A weekly close below $0.14 would invalidate it.
