SongMarketCap announced on October 8 at TOKEN2049 in Singapore that it had reached 30,000 NFTs sold on Cardano. The milestone brings together the project’s music and collectible NFT releases, distributed through Stuff.io and NMKR infrastructure.
NMKR Congratulates the SongMarketCap Team
SongMarketCap credited NMKR for providing the technology behind its collectible releases and its community for supporting the project’s growth.
NMKR responded by highlighting the work required to turn minting infrastructure into a product people use.
“You turned minting rails into an actual platform people use every day. That’s the hard part, and that part is yours,” NMKR wrote in its congratulations to the team.
The announcement follows SongMarketCap’s late September report of more than 29,000 NFT sales. The project had previously reported selling more than 18,000 NFT songs during 2025, a figure also published alongside its releases on Stuff.io.
NMKR provides tools for creating, distributing, and selling digital tokens. Its infrastructure lets projects integrate NFT issuance and payments into their own websites without developing the entire minting system themselves.
NFT Music and Community Tools on Cardano
Founded by Jure Karamarko, SongMarketCap creates original songs using AI technology and publishes them as NFT editions on Cardano. Its music releases use Stuff.io, with individual editions offered in limited quantities.
Songito Universe uses NMKR for collectible releases featuring the project’s musical character, Songito, visiting destinations around the world. The Singapore collection forms part of this series.
Holders of $SONG receive a 10% discount on the project’s NFT songs through Stuff.io. The token also unlocks Wallet Lookup in My Backstage, allowing users to explore song collections and activity indicators associated with Cardano wallets.
The wider platform includes Cardano News, token swaps through DreamBigSwap, and music releases by AI performer Songuero.ai. Recent additions extend its tools for token holders and governance participants.
Cardano Graveyard lets users permanently remove selected Cardano native tokens from circulation. It displays confirmed transactions and public leaderboards, giving communities a shared record of their token burns.
The Cardano DReps page lets users explore delegated representatives, compare their voting power, and review their previous governance votes. Users can connect a wallet and confirm delegation to their chosen representative, with ADA remaining in their wallet.
Singapore NFT Collection Supported TOKEN2049 Attendance
TOKEN2049 takes place on October 7 and 8 at Marina Bay Sands. Before the conference, the organizer announced that the event had sold out, with 25,000 attendees expected from 160 countries.
SongMarketCap launched its Singapore collection to support its attendance. The edition offered 1,000 NFTs at the ADA equivalent of $10 each. On October 1, the project announced that it had sold out, with more than 100 community members participating.
The collection also carries an allocation for the project’s token ecosystem. Under the published Songito Universe model, 70% of revenue supports the project, while 30% is reserved for strengthening the $SONG ecosystem through token purchases and liquidity provision.
