RealFi has partnered with Token Terminal to standardize financial and usage data for its Cardano-based stablecoin protocol. Announced on October 14, the agreement connects the issuer of USDrf with an analytics platform that applies common reporting definitions across blockchains and DeFi applications.
Standardized Reporting for RealFi
The collaboration establishes a data pipeline from RealFi’s smart contracts to Token Terminal’s analytics. Both teams maintain a labeled contract registry, which provides the foundation for identifying protocol activity and converting blockchain records into comparable metrics.
The announcement names total value locked, fees, revenue, and daily active users among the metrics covered by that process. Consistent definitions allow researchers to assess a project’s performance alongside other protocols using the same methodology. Data processing and ongoing maintenance form part of Token Terminal’s broader partnership service.
“Partnering with Token Terminal empowers us to track our performance in a fair & accurate way, while providing a real-time dashboard that’s a great tool for all RealFi stakeholders,” said RealFi CEO John O’Connor.
RealFi is also included in Token Terminal’s stablecoin issuer sector dashboard and tokenized assets page, making the protocol discoverable through both categories.
Cardano Stablecoins Backed by Real-World Assets
RealFi operates a two-token model on Cardano mainnet, connecting blockchain capital with a diversified portfolio of real-world assets. Its backing includes direct lending, money market instruments, U.S. Treasury bills, and global floating-rate bonds.
Eligible users can stake USDrf to receive sUSDrf and gain exposure to portfolio returns. Yield is variable and non-guaranteed. The protocol’s dedicated first-loss reserves absorb portfolio losses initially; once those reserves are exhausted, the staked token absorbs remaining losses before holders of the underlying stablecoin are affected.
RealFi’s own Transparency Portal provides information about reserve composition and collateralization ratios. Token Terminal adds standardized financial and usage reporting, giving researchers another way to examine the protocol alongside the issuer’s asset disclosures.
Data Maintenance Supports RealFi’s Expansion
The agreement extends beyond the initial listing. Token Terminal will maintain the contract registry and metric calculations as RealFi’s products evolve, including updates associated with its planned expansion across blockchain networks.
That ongoing work keeps the analytics aligned with changes to the contracts and activities being measured. RealFi’s team can continue developing the protocol while Token Terminal maintains the reporting infrastructure covered by the partnership.
The teams are also exploring custom dashboards with additional sector-specific metrics. Those remain prospective additions. The current partnership establishes RealFi’s project dashboard and its inclusion in Token Terminal’s stablecoin and tokenized asset coverage, creating a shared destination for users, application developers, and investors researching the Cardano protocol.
