The sale is live on Robinhood Chain, with Uniswap and Minswap trading planned for September 27. An exchange with ESCO clarified that vaults combining Cardano assets and tokenized stocks remain a future release.

L4VA opened its public token sale on Robinhood Chain on September 26. During a launch X Space, founder Rob set out the first purchase terms and confirmed the team’s plan to begin trading on Cardano the following day. ESCO then pressed the team on a separate question: how a Cardano user could hold a position in a vault containing stock tokens on Robinhood Chain.
Sale Opens Ahead of Planned Minswap Trading
The first sale tier prices $L4VA at $0.0027 per token and requires a minimum purchase of 0.35 ETH. Whitelisted wallets receive a 10% discount; other wallets can participate without it. The team said the minimum would fall in later tiers, while the sale could distribute up to 35% of the total token supply.
Rob said purchased tokens would have no vesting period. L4VA expects to open a Uniswap liquidity pool on Sunday, September 27, or sooner if the sale allocation sells out. Chief marketing officer Lucid said Minswap trading on Cardano is planned for the same day. During the Space, the team reported initial purchases but did not give a total raised.
The sale is taking place on Robinhood Chain’s public mainnet. L4VA’s new vault application for that chain is at a different stage: Rob said it remains in testing while the team completes audit documentation and final checks.
How Cardano Assets Could Join a Stock Vault
ESCO asked whether one L4VA strategy could contain both tokenized stocks on Robinhood Chain and native assets held on Cardano. Rob’s answer distinguished the initial applications from the planned cross-chain system. L4VA already has a Cardano product, he said, and is preparing a separate Robinhood Chain application. Combining holdings from both networks into one strategy comes later.
ESCO proposed a structure with contracts holding assets on their respective chains and an index bringing the positions together. Rob agreed with that general description. He said users could eventually contribute from one supported network to a strategy holding assets across others, but the team has not published the technical design for coordinating those contracts, their valuations and their governance. L4VA’s roadmap places cross-chain vaults in the fourth quarter of 2026.
Rob described the initial Robinhood Chain product as a way for creators to select assets and weights for a vault, then invite others to contribute before the vault acquires its holdings. He also discussed an AI assistant for setting up strategies. He estimated that the application could reach mainnet in approximately one to two weeks, subject to the remaining work.
Stock Exposure and Vault Ownership Are Different Rights
The planned Cardano and Uniswap listings concern $L4VA, the protocol’s utility, rewards and governance token. A token issued for an individual vault would have a different purpose: representing a position in that vault under rules set by its contracts. Trading the protocol token on Cardano does not itself establish access to a vault of Robinhood Stock Tokens.
Lucid said during the Space that future vault holders could gain ownership of underlying company shares and voting rights. Robinhood’s documentation describes its Stock Tokens more narrowly. They are tokenized debt securities providing economic exposure to the underlying shares; holders receive no legal or beneficial rights against the companies that issued those shares. L4VA has not described a mechanism that would change that status for vault participants.
Lucid also suggested that a vault token could not trade below the value of its holdings because buyers would arbitrage the difference. The process discussed in the Space involved holders proposing and voting on asset sales and distributions. The team did not describe an individual right to redeem a vault token immediately at the value of its underlying assets.
The September 27 plan would establish markets for L4VA’s protocol token on two chains. The product ESCO asked about requires another step: a working cross-chain vault that accounts for assets held on Cardano and Robinhood Chain within the same strategy.
