Cardano News - GeroWallet Team to Present Nexus to Cardano Developers

Adam Cazes, co-founder and CEO of A.D. Labs, will present Nexus on Friday, October 16, during Cardano Developers Office Hours #83. The session will cover the platform’s production infrastructure and how GeroWallet uses it across Cardano, Midnight, and Bitcoin.

Cardano Data and ADA Transactions

Nexus provides developers with APIs for blockchain data, market information, and transaction building. It is developed by A.D. Labs, the team behind GeroWallet.

According to its official documentation, GeroWallet already uses Nexus for market data, swap routing, and transaction building. The platform prepares unsigned ADA transactions, while signing remains with the user.

What Inside Nexus Will Cover

The program includes Yaci Store 3.0 in production, failover between data sources, SQL access, and a comparison with providers built around db-sync.

Cazes will also introduce Blueprints for streaming on-chain events through WebSocket connections. Planned demonstrations include the dashboard, cURL access, TypeScript and Blockfrost SDKs, and Model Context Protocol, or MCP, for connecting AI tools to Nexus data.

Session Time and Participation

The online session takes place on October 16 from 14:00 to 15:00 UTC, equivalent to 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. ET and 7:00 to 8:00 a.m. PT, via Google Meet.

It is intended for wallet developers, infrastructure teams, and builders of data-intensive applications. The program includes an open Q&A, and organizers plan to add the recording link to the Cardano Forum thread afterward.
