Cardano Whale Still Get 274 Delegators

Tesar talk say some former delegators don already choose new representatives. But about 6.8 million ADA still dey link to the retired DRep credential.

Retirement no dey automatically move these delegations go another representative. Each holder must choose active DRep or one of Cardano predefined governance options.
